Michael F. Mullin
Promoted to Assistant Vice President
MONROEVILLE, PA, January 12, 2011—The Board of Directors of elected Michael F. Mullin to Assistant Vice President on December 16, 2010. On February 28, 2005, Mullin joined Parkvale as Commercial Loan Officer of the Masontown division. In the years prior, he was employed as Vice President of Business Development at National City and before that, Senior Vice President of Lending at Fayette Bank.
A consistent top performer in the Commercial Services department, Mullin has closed over $45 million in new borrowings over the years. Through November 2010, he generated $8.5 million in new loans and his loan outstandings were approximately $27 million with related YTD average commercial deposit accounts of roughly $11 million.
Mullin is a valued asset to the Commercial Services department, as well as the Bank, with his knowledge of the financial services industry and excellent sales skills. Well known to the Masontown area, he was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of Fay-Penn, an organization that assists in the economic revitalization of the County.
He received his Master of Arts in Industrial Relations with High Honors at Saint Francis College in 1974 in addition to a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at California University of Pennsylvania, where he also graduated with honors.
